Dealer Tire LLC, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist in Tampa, FL. You will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, and complete a paid training program to become the trusted tire expert for customers and dealership teams.

The role offers a consistent 40-hour work week with base pay of $28.34–$30.85/hour and a targeted annual commission of $13,200, plus benefits and 50% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment. Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
