Job summary

Dealer Tire in California is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to join a premium automotive dealership team. You will serve as the tire sales expert on the service drive, building rapport with customers and closing sales after a paid training program.

The role offers a consistent 40-hour schedule, base pay of $28.34–$30.85/hour and a target annual commission of $13,200, with onboarding guaranteed commission. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills with order systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
