Dealer Tire LLC, a family-owned international distributor of tires and parts, is hiring Tire Sales Specialists to work inside a premium automotive dealership. You’ll apply top sales skills to engage customers, build rapport, identify needs, present pricing, and close deals with a consistent 40-hour schedule and solid earning potential.

You’ll join 550+ high-performing sales professionals and can earn base pay between $28.34 and $30.85 per hour plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200, with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment. Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
