You will work a consistent 40-hour schedule with base pay and target annual commission, plus onboarding bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Automotive experience is a plus, and you will contribute to store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
