Dealer Tire is seeking a top-performing tire sales professional to join our team at a premium automotive dealership. You will engage customers on the service drive, build rapport, and close tire sales while delivering a consistent 40-hour schedule.

This role offers a base hourly pay of $28.34–$30.85 plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200, with onboarding guarantees and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 50% 401(k) match.

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quick visual inspections and identify needs.
• Provide pricing and close sales; build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
