Job summary

Dealer Tire, a family-owned tire and parts distributor, is hiring Tire Sales Specialist to join a team of 550+ sales professionals nationwide. You'll work inside a premium automotive dealership, selling tires on the service drive and building relationships with customers and dealership teams.

Base pay ranges from $28.34 to $30.85 per hour with an annual target commission of $13,200. The role offers a consistent 40-hour work week, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) match, and ongoing career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
