Job summary

Dealer Tire LLC is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist to join a premium automotive dealership network. The role offers a base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200, with guaranteed commission during onboarding.

You will work a consistent 40-hour week, with comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits. As part of a 550+ sales team, you’ll engage customers, recommend tires, and close sales, while supporting store operations and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment. Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
