Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a results-driven tire sales specialist to join our premium automotive dealership team. After a fully paid training program, you will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, and build relationships with customers and dealership staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
