Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Ohio is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to join a Family Owned Company. The role offers top pay with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement savings, and life/AD&D insurance.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and keep the showroom and warehouse well merchandised to MAP standards. Earn up to 20 PTO days per year, and enjoy no Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

What You Will Do:

Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety sensitive position.
