Job summary

Flynn's Tire Group is hiring for Tire Sales & Installer Pro to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals and performing tire-related service. You will maintain a well merchandised facility, including warehouse and housekeeping, and work in a safety-sensitive environment.

The role involves mounting/balancing tires, oil changes, vehicle checks, preventive maintenance, and adherence to MAP standards, with strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors.
• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers.

What You Will Do:

Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety sensitive position.
