Flynn's Tire in Warren, OH is hiring for a Tire Sales & Installer Pro. This role delivers exceptional customer service while meeting sales objectives, performs tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a clean, organized facility including warehouse duties.

It is a safety-sensitive position. We offer top pay with a salary range of $35,000 to $50,000 plus commissions, a comprehensive retirement plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, and up to 20 paid time off days per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
• Safety sensitive role requiring attentiveness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with tire sales and installation.
• Mount and balance tires and perform oil/filter changes as needed.
• Complete service requests and review invoices with customers.
• Maintain well-merchandised facility and assist with warehouse duties.
• Follow MAP Standards and ensure safety for all customers and staff.

What You Will Do:

Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
