Job summary

Flynn's Tire Group in New Franklin, OH is hiring a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals and performing tire-related service and basic auto maintenance. This safety-sensitive role also includes maintaining a well-merchandised facility, handling invoices, and supporting warehouse operations.

The position offers top pay, commissions paid by vendors, a comprehensive retirement savings plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, and life/AD&D

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass acceptable MVR and Background Check.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Mount and balance tires; perform oil and filter changes as needed.
• Perform vehicle checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Open/close store procedures, create service requests, and finalize invoices.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised showroom and warehouse areas.
• Follow MAP Standards and contribute to a high-performance team.

What You Will Do:

Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
