Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Meadville, PA is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro. Earn between $35,000 and $50,000 annually plus commissions, with comprehensive insurance and up to 20 paid time off days.

In this safety-sensitive role, you will mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, deliver outstanding customer service, and help maintain a clean, well merchandised facility while following MAP standards. A valid driver's license and pre-employment screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

What You Will Do:

Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
