Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Pittsburgh is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to join our family-owned team. We offer top pay with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life and 401k.

Earn up to 20 paid time off days per year and never work on Sundays or major holidays. You will deliver exceptional customer service, perform tire-related services, oil changes, and keep the shop well merchandised.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales objectives
• Perform tire-related service and basic auto maintenance
• Maintain a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping
• Mount & Balance Tires and Oil/Filter Changes
• Conduct Vehicle Courtesy Checks and Preventive Maintenance
• Follow MAP Standards and complete/review invoices with customers

What You Will Do:

Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
• Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
