Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in New Franklin, OH is hiring for a Tire Sales & Installer Pro. This full-time, nonexempt role combines customer service, tire-related service, and basic auto maintenance in a well-merchandised facility.

Responsibilities include mounting/balancing tires, oil changes, vehicle checks, and following MAP standards. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and 401k; Sunday and major holiday work is not required.

What You Will Do:

Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customers service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience

• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
