Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and greet customers.
• Handle complaints courteously per policy.
• Inspect vehicles and discuss maintenance needs with customers.
• Promote products and services using upselling techniques.
• Prepare warranties, service agreements, and tire sales records.
• Process sales transactions accurately and report discrepancies.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Keep facilities clean and maintain vehicle and store appearance.
• Assist in training new employees and complete required training.
