Job summary

Big O Tires Store - Rolla, in Rolla, Missouri, is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver accurate, timely customer service and promote tire sales. You will educate customers, process transactions, and support daily store operations as part of MFA Petroleum Company.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and safe handling of vehicles, with opportunities to participate in training and growth within MFA Oil’s network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and greet customers, providing fast and friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per policy.
• Inspect vehicles and discuss maintenance needs with customers and management.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits, promotions and using suggestive selling.
• Process sales paperwork including warranties and service agreements.
• Conduct accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Assist store manager to meet company expectations and manage ticket profitability.
• Support store operations with opening/closing tasks, inventory, merchandising and reporting.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and proper storage of tools and equipment.
• Receive merchandise, check in vendors, and stock shelves.
• Train and onboard new employees as needed.
