Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers with fast, friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and in line with company policy.
• Inspect vehicles and review maintenance requirements to promote needed services.
• Explain product benefits and promotions to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Prepare warranties, service agreements, and document tire sales.
• Conduct accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies to supervision.
• Support store operations with opening/closing tasks, inventory, and merchandising.
• Assist in training new employees and complete required training.
