Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policy.
• Promote sales by explaining product benefits and promotions, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements; record tire sales.
• Conduct efficient, accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies to supervision.
• Support store operations with opening/closing tasks, inventory, and sales reporting.
