Goodyear is hiring for a Tire Retread Associate in Cranberry Township, PA. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

You will participate in tire remanufacturing, from inspection through final quality checks, helping to extend tire life and support our customers. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on learning with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires to assess retread eligibility.
• Buff tire casings to remove worn tread.
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair casings.
• Repair casings with rubber cement or patches before applying new tread.
• Build tire by applying new tread and curing the retread.
• Perform final inspection for safety and quality.
