Tire Pros in California is seeking a full-time Tire Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure store initiatives are executed with excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of retail tire store management, a valid CA driver's license, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-service oriented leadership style.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store.
• Valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A TIRE RETAIL STORE MANAGER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store
• Valid CA driver's license
• Excellent communication skills

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR TIRE RETAIL STORE MANAGER

This full-time role features a consistent schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM
• Closed Sundays

Overtime opportunities are available for motivated candidates.
