Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail or automotive service environments with supervisory responsibilities in a tire shop or similar setting
• Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and retail math to meet sales targets and control costs effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both bilingual/multilingual settings; ability to lead diverse teams through managerial communication techniques
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, purchasing procedures, and operational management tools
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and team supervision
• Knowledge of retail industry sales strategies, merchandising practices, pricing policies, and store operations management
• Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and financial reporting; proficiency in bookkeeping is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is advantageous but not required
