Job summary

Doggett Toyota Lift is seeking a Tire Operations Manager in Houston to lead tire service operations across the branch. You will oversee day-to-day performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and operational efficiency for all tire-related functions.

You will manage a team of tire technicians and support staff, coordinate field service and shop scheduling, and maintain inventory control, procurement, and equipment uptime while driving safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing tire service or fleet maintenance operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L and budget management.
• Mechanical knowledge of tire service tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full departmental Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Schedule and dispatch tire service jobs for field and shop locations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop tire service technicians and support staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory standards.
