Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will install, repair, rotate, inflate tires and wheels and calibrate TPMS while delivering excellent customer service to drive store sales.

The position includes offsite and emergency road service, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for on‑the‑job training. Benefits, and a quarterly bonus are part of full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales, and using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
