Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to work in one of our Auto Service centers. You will engage with guests, drive tire and service sales, and ensure satisfaction from check-in to checkout.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate time estimates, and promoting warranties and promotions while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Prior guest service is preferred, and a High School Diploma or GED is common for applicants.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services to guests.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in through completed service, including scheduling, estimating time, and checkout.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area and perform physical tasks as needed.
