Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers by delivering outstanding service and building strong guest relationships. You will learn about warranties, promotions and product recommendations while supporting check-in, scheduling, and checkout processes.

Ideal candidates have guest service experience, a valid driver’s license, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience
• Ability to drive sales through guest interactions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs
• Explain warranties, promotions and product/service options to guests
• Manage the service experience from check-in to checkout, including estimating time and scheduling
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and promote training opportunities
• Maintain a clean, safe guest area and perform routine tasks including lifting tires and wheels
