The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company operates Auto Service centers nationwide and seeks a Customer Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding service while driving tire and service sales. You will build guest relationships, understand needs, and promote products and warranties in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will manage guest flow from check-in to check-out, rely on training tools for growth, and contribute to a team that delivers results. Monday–Saturday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No relocation offered
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services
• Schedule appointments, estimate time, check out and complete service
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer guidance
• Promote self-development using training tools
• Maintain a clean and safe guest area
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels
