Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate in Eagan, MN for full-time work with shifts that may vary. The role supports tire and battery services, customer assistance at the TBC, and teamwork across the club to promote service excellence.

You will engage with members, provide product guidance, manage service appointments, and handle purchases and returns in line with store policies.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety by following safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center (TBC) organized, stocked, and merchandised per policy.
• Assists members with tire maintenance, installation scheduling, and service decisions.
• Provides proactive member service and product recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Drives sales by communicating value of TBC offerings and partnering with club associates.
• Triages service workflow to optimize TBC bay throughput and scheduling.
