Job summary

Sam's West in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member to support safety, merchandising, and efficient service on the shop floor. You will keep the TBC area organized, handle claims, returns, and ensure proper safeguarding of merchandise and equipment.

You will greet members, assess needs, guide purchases with product knowledge, explain warranties, and help schedule tire services while supporting a high level of service and integrity across the club.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry experience, Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and standards by following policies, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center merchandise organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and installation scheduling and communicates lead times or cancellations.
• Provides expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, advising on purchases, and explaining warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and collaborating with club associates.
• Triages service workload in TBC bays, prioritizes appointments, and coordinates with technicians to meet service needs.
