Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred and involves assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a retail service center.
• Familiarity with tire/battery products and warranties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TBC safety and standards on the sales floor and service bays.
• Assist members with tire maintenance, installation, and service decisions.
• Present and merchandise tire and battery displays; handle returns, claims, and damages.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges at the POS.
• Coordinate appointments for installation and monitor lead times and order changes.
