Job summary

Sam’s West in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member. You will assist members with tire and battery purchases, explain warranties, schedule installations, and keep the TBC area organized, safe, and merchandised according to company standards.

You’ll use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to make informed recommendations, handle payments and returns, and support colleagues to deliver quick, friendly service that emphasizes value and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center merchandised, stocked, zoned, and properly signed.
• Assists members with tire maintenance, installation scheduling, and order updates.
• Provides expert member service and recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and service excellence and promotes TBC offerings to members.
• Triages service workflow, prioritizes appointments, and communicates with team leads.
• Handles payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies and procedures.
• Acts with integrity and delivers customer-first service while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
