Sam's West in Flagstaff, AZ is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas, collaborating with teammates to meet member expectations and provide a great shopping experience.

You will apply knowledge of safety, TPMS, tires and batteries, operate the point-of-sale system, and use handheld tools to plan and drive sales while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued drivers license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient service in sales and service areas of the Tire & Battery Center.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and educate on tools, tasks and resources.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and product specs.
• Utilize handheld tech and POS to plan, drive sales, and improve the service experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cash registers, transactions and documentation.
