Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an associate to support the Tire and Battery Center (TBC). You will maintain safety standards, assist members with tire and battery services, and help manage merchandise, orders, and installations.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, POS operations, adherence to policies, and using Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend products. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the facility and sales floor per policies and procedures.
• Assist members with Tire and Battery Center services, purchases and scheduling installations.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, stocking and display upkeep.
• Process member purchases, returns, payments and exchanges at the POS.
• Triages service workflow and coordinating with technicians to meet service needs.
