Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests, mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, TPMS, tire & battery specs, service standards, and POS systems.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld tech to plan services, improve the customer experience, and make quick decisions.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and ensure proper packaging, labeling and storage.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality service and supporting teammates.
