Job summary

Sam's East in Montgomery, AL is seeking a tire and battery center team member. You will maintain safety standards, stock and merchandise the floor, and assist members with tire and battery orders and installations.

Using Sam's Garage and product knowledge, you will recommend safe, value-driven tire and battery solutions, handle purchases and returns, and help drive service excellence with strong interpersonal skills and compliance to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry preferred; retail experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety on the floor and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Stock, zone, and merchandize the Tire & Battery Center per policy.
• Assist members with tire and battery orders and installations.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations using Sam's Garage.
• Drive sales and service excellence by communicating value of offerings.
• Prioritize service workflow and coordinate with technicians to meet needs.
• Process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
