Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards; follow safety policies and forklift/hazardous material handling requirements.
• Keep Tire and Battery Center organized, stocked, and merchandised per policy; handle claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Assist members with tire installation appointments and service decisions; explain warranties and products.
• Provide expert member service; identify needs and guide purchases and services with Sam’s Garage knowledge.
• Promote TBC offerings and value; collaborate with club associates to drive sales and service excellence.
• Prioritize TBC service workflow; recognize service queues and manage wait times to optimize efficiency.
