Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team to fulfill sales and service requests educating other associates on tools tasks resources and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols tire and battery industry guidelines service standards equipment operations TPMS and POS systems.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to plan for and drive service improvements and make quick business decisions related to services and safety.
• Be an Owner: Tracks inventory, handles cash registers, completes paperwork and maintains proper documentation.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Models high-quality service and team-oriented behavior to ensure a positive member experience.
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity by applying Open Door Policy and related procedures.
