• Maintains safety and standards on the sales floor and in the Tire & Battery Center (TBC).
• Assists members with tire installation and service appointments; explains warranties and product options.
• Provides expert member service, helping customers with purchasing and service decisions.
• Drives sales and demonstrates product value across the club; prioritizes service workflows in TBC bays.
• Operates POS equipment and processes transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
