Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas. You will work with teammates to meet member expectations and leverage POS systems to support sales and service processes.

The role emphasizes safety, knowledge of tire/battery guidelines, and using handheld tech to drive service improvements while delivering an excellent member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license is required.
• Experience in auto service or retail is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas.
• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, equipment operations and POS systems to support customer service.
