Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.

• Auto service industry or Retail Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and standards on the facility and sales floor by following safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center organized, stocked, and merchandised per policy.
• Assists members with tire and battery purchases, installations, and service decisions.
• Provides expert member service, answers questions, explains warranties, and promotes value.
• Drives sales and communicates TBC offerings to members.
• Triages service workflow and prioritizes appointments to maximize efficiency.
• Operates POS and handles payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
