Job summary

Sam's Club in West Mifflin, PA is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to deliver expert member service and ensure safe, organized sales floor operations. The role focuses on merchandise presentation, stocking, and accurate pricing.

You will assist members with tire and battery purchases and services, coordinate installations, and advise on warranties and fitments while upholding Sam's Club standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: auto service industry experience.
• Preferred: retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tire & Battery Center services and assist members with tire and battery purchases.
• Maintain safety, policy compliance, and proper handling of merchandise and equipment.
• Assist members with scheduling installations and services; communicate changes and cancellations as needed.
• Deliver excellent member service by greeting customers, assessing needs, and making product/service recommendations.
• Operate POS, handle payments, returns, and exchanges in accordance with procedures.
