Job summary

Sam's Club in Elgin, IL is looking for a Tire and Battery Center Associate to uphold safety standards, manage service queues, assist members with tire and battery purchases, and coordinate installations and maintenance.

You will use Sam's Garage and product knowledge to recommend the best tire and battery options, provide accurate pricing and warranties, and contribute to a high-quality, member-focused shopping experience with teamwork across the club.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or auto service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assists members with tire and battery services and installations.
• Provides expert member service and recommendations using product knowledge.
• Drives sales and service excellence in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC).
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC service bays.
• Operates POS system and handles payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
