Job summary

Sam’s Club Tire & Battery Center in Tinley Park, IL is hiring for a position that supports tire and battery services, sales, and member care. The associate will assist with scheduling, merchandising, and safety compliance, and will participate in maintaining a high service standard across the TBC and club operations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry experience.
• Preferred: Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and Tire and Battery Center areas.
• Assist members with tire and battery services and installations; schedule appointments.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations using Sam’s Garage knowledge.
• Drive sales in TBC by promoting merchandise and services to members.
• Operate POS, handle payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
