Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Zanesville, OH is hiring for a Tire and Battery Center Associate. You will maintain safety, organize the TBC sales floor, stock displays, and assist members with tire installation and maintenance, using Sam's Garage knowledge to guide selections.

You will engage members, recommend products, explain warranties, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding Walmart's standards and policies across checkout, returns, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards.
• Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise Tire and Battery Center (TBC).
• Assist members with tire installation and maintenance services.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations on tires and batteries.
• Prioritize TBC service workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Promote TBC offerings and value to members.
