Job summary

Sam's Club Bangor location is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to maintain safety and merchandising standards, assist members with installations, and apply Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend the best tire and battery products.

You will prioritize service requests, manage order lead times, assist with payments and returns, and promote TBC offerings while collaborating with club associates to drive sales and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, installation scheduling, and service decisions.
• Maintain safety, organization, and merchandising standards in the Tire and Battery Center and on the sales floor.
• Handle payments, returns, and exchanges following proper procedures; use POS systems.
• Provide expert product knowledge and warranty explanations to members to enhance value.
