Job summary

Sam’s Club Fresno is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate to maintain safety standards, assist customers with tire and battery services, and drive service excellence. You will use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend the safest, best-value options and handle purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to member satisfaction, with shifts that may vary and a wage of $21.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assist members with tire and battery services, installation, and maintenance.
• Provide expert member service using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by promoting Tire & Battery Center offerings and value.
