Responsibilities

• Maintains facility safety and standards by following safety policies, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Keeps the Tire and Battery Center sales floor organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policy.
• Monitors tire and battery orders daily and assists members with installation appointments.
• Provides expert service, uses Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend tires/batteries and explain warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence by communicating value and collaborating with club associates.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety, tire/battery guidelines, TPMS, and selling techniques.
• Uses digital tools and handheld devices to plan sales and improve the service experience.
• Acts as brand advocate, develops and guides team members.
• Fulfils vehicle service requests, tests, operates equipment safely, handles merchandise, and maintains records.
• Completes tasks by following policies and coordinating with managers and customers.
• Fosters belonging and teamwork to support a productive work environment.
