Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to assist members with their needs at the Provo, UT location.

You will collaborate with associates to meet member expectations, apply safety standards, and use handheld tools and POS systems to support service and sales. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery guidelines, and POS operations.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan, drive sales, improve service, and communicate with customers.
