Job summary

Sam's West located in Thornton, CO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas. You will collaborate with teammates to meet member expectations and assist with tire and battery services.

You will act as an expert in safety protocols, TPMS, POS operations, and customer service while using handheld tools to support sales and service decisions.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests educating other associates on tools tasks resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols tire and battery industry guidelines service standards equipment operations TPMS and product specifications.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology.
• Communicate equipment tools and supplies needs to TBC, lead tracking and monitoring returns, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Be a brand ambassador by providing high quality service and products and supporting team members.
