Job summary

Sam's Club in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time Tire & Battery Center team member to uphold safety standards, stock the floor, and assist members with tire and installation services.

You will use Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend products, manage service flow, and process payments while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role includes supporting claims, returns, and maintaining displays, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer value.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in the Tire & Battery Center (TBC).
• Stock, sign, price, and merchandize merchandise according to policy.
• Assist members with tire installations and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service and recommend products using available resources.
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges following company procedures.
